We are seeking a Repair and Overhaul Production Manager (internally titled Repair and Overhaul Operations Leader) to join our Waukesha ReUP remanufacturing team and oversee repair and overhaul production activities at the Waukesha manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for daily production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality work. You will develop deep expertise in engine remanufacturing processes and provide hands-on technical guidance to technicians, using strong analytical skills and multiple data sources to troubleshoot issues and consistently deliver premium products to our customers.
What you’ll do
- Safety & Compliance:
- Promote and sustain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure proper and safe use of equipment, including scheduling and coordinating routine maintenance.
- Train new employees on safe machine operation, standard work practices, and established procedures.
- Enforce adherence to all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Training & Workforce Development
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust training program for production technicians to ensure competency, consistency, and skill growth.
- Production Leadership
- Set and communicate clear daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives.
- Manage engine and component production proactively to meet on‑time delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with technicians and the materials team to resolve part shortages and ensure production readiness.
- Quality & Compliance
- Foster a culture that prioritizes quality and drive initiatives that ensure high‑quality products are delivered to customers.
- Support internal and external audits to maintain ISO compliance and uphold process standards.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, OTR, materials, and operations teams to ensure reliable, on‑time delivery of products to customers.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify efficiency gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with technicians and staff to identify cost‑reduction opportunities and execute savings initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with manufacturing related focus or related field (or 5+ years of comparable industry experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Work Model: Onsite 5 days per week.
